Moms and Babies Join Amy Roberts for a New Class!

Mom and Baby Yoga

Deepen the bond between mom and baby! This class promotes physical and emotional recovery, and connects you with a community of moms and babies.  Includes movements, postures, and breathing specifically tailored for new moms, movements for babies and moms, and baby massage.  For babies (newborn to crawling) and for moms (cleared for exercise, around 3-6 weeks after birth).  The class is every Wednesday, starting May 23rd, at 11:30 am – 1 pm.  $10 drop in or 10 Classes for $80.
