JESSICA BROYLES
Jessica Broyles has been teaching hot yoga, yoga with weights and hot flow classes since 2010. Jessica’s passion for yoga started in 2007 when she attended her first Bikram Yoga class. She was impressed with the immediate affects that she felt: awareness, detoxification and an overall empowerment after making it through such a stimulating and demanding class. Jessica is not a newcomer to intense classes or training. At three she started her education in dance and skiing. Today Jessica works professionally as a dancer, ski instructor and manager of her own production company Champange Productions. Since her path is naturally to teach what she loves, Jessica enrolled herself in a hot yoga teacher training program led by Corepower Yoga in March 2009. This intensive course included thorough breakdowns of the traditional 26 poses the anatomy associated with each pose, and the benefits attained through correct alignment, body mechanics and injury prevention. Jessica brings to The Studio her enthusiasm for dance along with her passion for hot yoga. She strives to challenge her students both physically and mentally. Jess’s classes cater to Tahoe’s physical and active lifestyles.
